Certificate issued by the National Fishing School "Comandante Luis Piedra Buena" from Mar del Plata
The National Fishing School is one of the centers that teaches GMDSS ROC and GOC courses in our country for the Merchant Marine. Is an institution that directly depends from Argentina Navy, representative of our country at the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The School extends two certificates both with national and international validity. One is granted by the National Commission of Communications (CNC) and the second one by the Argentina Navy according to the international treaty STCW´95 of the IMO.
